Can I be honest with you?

Not a whole lot scares me, but I worry about everything. Does that make sense? My life has been pretty crazy and scary at times and it made me a little bit more tough skinned.

Horror movies don’t have the same effect that they used to.

But there are some things that still legitemetely scare me.

Heights…

Roaches….

Wolves scare me a little bit…

But there are other fears I would rather not talk about.

Not being able to have children.

Losing my family.

Falling in love.

You know what I have found though? In situations and circumstances where things can seem risky, unfamiliar and even chaotic- God provides a peace that can not be explained.

His love is perfect.

He is perfect.

And His perfect love drives out the fear and brings in a wave of comfort and stillness amongst the noise and worry.

Oh how thankful I am that God has the ability to send people and situations into our lives that show us His love and how it feels to be still in the midst of the unknown!

Beloved, God is faithful and He is good and in the midst of our fear… He is courageous.

Remember that you are loved.
You are valued.
You are useful.
